1 Define the ideal profile for the role.

Sometimes we look at a Job Description – sometimes we just talk it through with the client. Then we prepare an ideal profile for the role – which we call a Job Match Pattern (You can see an example here) We have a huge library of Job Match Patterns for many different jobs so we generally find one that is close to any particular role. We’ll send a copy to you the client for comment and approval - normally only a few tweaks are needed if at all.

2 Candidate takes the assessment

A simple process – the candidate will receive an e mail with log in instructions and they can sit the assessment wherever there is an internet connection. This could be at home the day before the interview or in your office just before meeting the interviewer. As you prefer.

3 Reports are produced

It literally takes an instant. As soon as the candidate had finished the assessment the results are immediately available and will be sent to you via e mail. The reports will give you a full psychometric profile, a comparison with the Job Match Pattern and a set of questions that we suggest you ask to dig deeper into any differences.

4 After the Interview

The candidate can receive an abridged format report to take away with them and there is a Coaching report available for helping out any successful candidates further down the line
