We look at three different aspects of a candidates personality
1 ) Abilities – are they good with numbers, are they good with words? Clearly a very important aspect in many roles. This will predict how quickly someone will learn new tasks and skills.
2) Behavioural traits – what are the features of their personalities? We look at nine aspects such as Energy Levels and Assertiveness. It is very important to find the best fit between the person and job. For example a person with high energy levels would not be suited for a job that required patient attention to detail.
3 ) Motivations – what do they like to do? We measure interest in six areas like Creative, Finance / Admin. This is very useful when discussing whether a candidate will get personal satisfaction from the role.
